9U - 12U Girls and Boys-  Birth year 2012-2015
$65 registration fee + $20 National Fee = $85

15U Coed - Birth year 2009-2011
$70 registration fee + $20 National Fee = $90

19U Coed - Birth year 2005-2008
$70 registration fee + $20 National Fee = $90
