$75 registration fee + $20 National Fee = $95

9U - 12U Girls and Boys- 
$85 registration fee + $20 National Fee = $105

15U Coed - Birth year 2009-2007
$85 registration fee + $20 National Fee = $105

19U Coed - Birth year 2003-2006
$85 registration fee + $20 National Fee = $105

No refunds will be issued after August 15th.
